Yes, you query the LatestAssignment.User for this value.
Unlike the CurrentAssignment object which nulls for closed lifecycles the LatestAssignment object continues to maintain the assignee at point of closure.
In addition to what Julian said, You can configure and generate reports on monthly basis to get more information about the tickets resolved/closed per analyst. This will help you to measure the KPIs of each analyst
I am looking for a temporary solution now because we are still waiting for the vendor to configure the reports which is much better than using the query.
