Does PRTG store data into a database? Or perhaps you can export the data into CSV file and then import them into Service Desk. I am only aware about LDMS webservice import which can be found under the Data Connections.
am not sure about the DB ,
for CSV i want to be synced not just one import.

By proprietary it would seem that the data you want is stored in a format/file that is specially designed for this application; I would hazzard a guess it is in the “System Information Database” which is based on JSON.
I think you’d need to setup some sort of scheduled export from the tool itself (as it knows how to read its own format) into an intermediaty database or excel spreadsheet and point the Service Desk data connection and imports to these instead.
