    New deployment agent not reporting back

      We are currently having an issue where new deployments are completing successfully and do show up in the console but with a 'no entry' sign on them.

       

      If we right click the new device there a minimal option available in the context menu.

       

      The agent installed and all the services are running on the Client and the Core.

       

      However I can see that the inventory scan is going straight into the ErrorScan folder.

       

      This is using LDMS 2016.3 with Service Update 3.

       

      Not had this problem before.

       

      Any thoughts?
