I am running Service Manager 2017.2. I ran through the Application Setup and accepted defaults. I came back to application setup at a later time and attempted to activate multiple Request Offerings but I am unable to. I am not getting any errors that I can see. It initially looks activated after I change to activated but once I leave the page and go back it is no longer activated. Is there a save option I am missing? I have tried both Activate Only and Activate and Subscribe both with same result.
Just saw I am also unable to add my templates to the Application Setup Wizard. I have more templates I created from going into "Edit Templates" but only the Standard template shows. Both of these issues involve updates to the Application Setup wizard so I posted both.
