This may have been asked before but I cannot find a good answer. I'm trying to design a simple query for my desktop support team to show open tickets that are assigned to their team but have tasks that are open with other groups
I have all of this working mostly but I wanted to add the group name the open task is assigned to into the query for a quicker reference point. Is there a way to do this? I have tried using the 'tasks.current assignment.group.title' but it will only allow me to put that in the Preview tab, which doesn't seem to show in web access or workspaces. I imagine that is due to the Tasks being a collection, but I'm not entirely sure on that part.
We have Service Desk 2016.3 in production if needed
