Can you send a screenshot of the panel? I can't visualise what area you mean.
Ok so that's most likely been put there (it's not Out of the Box) to support a process of converting an incident into a SR. The tab you highlight would show details of the SR that has been logged.
I'd expect there to be an action in your Incident object quick actions along the lines of 'Convert incident to SR'?
If you don't have that process you should be able to remove the tab from the layout.
Now that you mention it I recall the prior admin and management
considering converting Incidents to SRs. There were no quick actions
related to converting Incidents to SRs but will just hide for now.
