I have created a Employee Separation Service Request that is entered by HR and creates various tasks to disable accounts etc... This SR also has some notification emails that go to the c-suite to let them know that the employee is leaving. In the Service Request Form I have created a field that HR checks for (In-Voluntary or Voluntary) separation. The HR person that I have been working with wants the email to go to the C-Suite managers, but does not want people that have access to tickets be able to view the Voluntary/In-Voluntary emails. Long story, can you have that field be hidden from others so you can't see it. Or is there another way to handle this Off-Boarding or Employee separation request from HR.
I think that the best idea is to setup a flag for those emails (i.e. a boolean field called "Off-boarding"), and then on the permissions for email prevent anyone but HR to see emails with the "off-boarding" flag set to "true":
That way people with access to the ticket won't see the email.
As per the request: just hide the field and show only for "HR":
