I had a preinstalled TelnetCE license on a Symbol handheld device that was sent off for repair. When we received the device back from repair, the os had been flashed and reinstalled so the pre-installed license is no longer there, and TelnetCE only works in demo mode. Is there a way to correct this issue since the device should still have a valid license for the TelnetCE?
Please contact Zebra support for this. They are the ones that pre-loaded and pre-licensed Telnet for that device. They will want to validate hardware maintenance and then will contact us for a new license if necessary.
