We are using Power BI Desktop to generate reports and dashboards from iVanti Service Desk (2017.2)
PowerBI Desktop works very well. However, we are unable to use it with either the Power BI server or Power BI O365. We are connecting to Service Desk using the web service (not SQL) and the issue we are facing is related to authentication when scheduling refresh of data. We are using Windows authentication for the webdesk URL in question.
Does anyone have any experience in this or could point me to a relevant discussion/resource?
