I am trying to use an Incident template in the Service catalog as from offering.
eg. from the demo data "PC is very slow" and added an aditional Action (searchandlink) for a CI "US-FP-SERV01"
This works with the "new Incident" Button in BO Incident (sometimes needs a refresh to show CI)
When I use this template in the service catalog the CI ist not linked.
Something wrong in my config or a bug?
Maybe a bug,
Support will escalate the Problem to the developers.
