So we have a single laptop (Dell Precision 7710) that was recently reimaged, and the Kaspersky antivirus that is pushed out as a part of Ivanti is not registering. We tried removing and reinstalling, but to no avail.
One oddity I noticed is that in the laptop's C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\log directory there are 8 log files constantly (read: multiple times per second) being updated (ldav.log, ldav1.log, ldav2.log, etc) and each log is full of the line "Wed, 17 Jan 2018 13:33:16 ERROR: Failed to delete Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 3" over and over and over.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I am hoping it is related to my issue.
