I receive the attached message whenever i close the helpdesk application.
We recently installed the new version of touchpaper in a test environment and this happens everytime the application is closed.
If this is a helpdesk issue then you logged this under the wrong category Under Service Desk there is another Folder called Classic. That is where you need to log this.
Having looked at the Error message i think there is a underlying issue which is best dealt with your support provider so they can give you specific advice to your particular version of Helpdesk.
