Hopefully this is a quick and easy for one for you clever people.
Currently running Service Desk 7.8.1 on Win 2008R2 and I would like to know. Is it possible for Service Desk to be able to raise an automatically generated email, this email would then be sent to a particular person/s based on the service logged (Within the Incident Module)
For example, I raise a ticket for Active Directory, based on my selection can a email be generated to a group of users informing them that a call has been raised under the Active Directory service?
