Hi!what version of landesk AV are you using?What version of landesk management suite installed in your system?Can you update you AV definition?Try to reinstall AV, i encountered the same problem, i reinstalled and it works!
i have ldms 8.8 sp3 same version for agents i reinstall it but other pb occurs no landesk antivirus is shown on the list of windows services. so can't activat the real scan
