I have seen this from time to time but never really tried to figure it out before. But a customer just asked me about this.
They have several contacts where the phone number and or email address are not being updated on their Relationship Tree entry. I checked their record and they have a Phone1 and email address. Everything looks normal. I tried typing in the phone number again and it still did not update.
So does anyone know why the Relationship tree entry does not get updated?
I submitted a ticket for this. It appears that the contacts that are not showing up are not getting their contsupp data updated with the phone, email, title and this is where the relationship tree gets its information.
