      Additional Contacts

      GoldMine Web 2016.1 allows users to search for Additional Contacts as well as Schedule or Complete Activities for them.

       

      Global Search

      • To find Primary and Additional Contacts, a user can select Contacts from the Global Search bar dropdown and then enter desired text.  Select the Search icon or enter.
        • Select either Contacts or Additional Contacts to view results matching the search criteria.
          • The Additional Contacts search result list has columns Additional Contact, Company, Email, Phone, and Primary Contact. 
          • Select a column header to sort results.
          • An Action column with icons allows a user to Schedule or Complete an Activity or Forecast a Sale for the Additional Contact directly from the list.
          • Select a row to open the Contact record with the Additional Contacts section expanded.

       

      Attendee Finder

      • An Additional Contact can be selected from the Attendee Finder when Scheduling an Activity, Completing an Unscheduled Activity (Add History), or Forecasting a Sale.
        • To access the Attendee Finder, select the Add hyperlink on the Activity overlay.

        • Select Contacts from the Attendee Finder search dropdown, enter desired criteria and select the search icon or enter. 
        • Select either Contacts or Additional Contacts to view results matching the search criteria.
          • Select desired Contacts or Additional Contacts to include them in the Activity being scheduled.
