      GoldMine 2017.1 is released May 8, 2017

      • GoldMine Premium Edition  2017.1.0.328
      • GoldMine Connect   2017.1.0.460

       

      Customers with a current maintenance contract may download a .zip file from our Self Service portal. The .zip file contains both GoldMine Premium Edition and GoldMine Connect installers, as well as related documentation and Release Notes.  These documentation may also be downloaded as individual PDFs from the Self Service portal.

       

      To get the most benefit from GoldMine, stay current with all major releases.

      • We typically have 2 major releases a year – Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. Please note that Hot Fixes will now be released quarterly.
      • Apply the Hot Fix which is relevant/beneficial for you. To find out what is included in a Hot Fix, please review the Release Notes for that Hot Fix.

       

      GoldMine Premium Edition and GoldMine Connect must be the same version (2017.1.0.xxx) but build numbers (2017.1.0.xxx) do not have to match.

      • If you are on a version prior to GoldMine 2017.1, you must install or upgrade both GoldMine Premium AND GoldMine Connect.
      • GoldMine Premium Edition 2017.1
        • Run the GoldMine Premium Edition 2017.1 installer for a new installation or to upgrade GoldMine Premium Edition 9.0.0 or newer.
        • If you are upgrading from a version of GoldMine Premium Edition prior to 9.0.0, you must first upgrade to version 9.0.0 before upgrading to this version.
      • GoldMine Connect 2017.1
        • Run the GoldMine Connect 2017.1 installer for a new installation or to upgrade GoldMine Connect 2015.1 or newer.
        • If you are upgrading from a version of GoldMine Connect prior to 2015.1, it is necessary to uninstall your existing version of GoldMine Mobile or GoldMine Connect before GoldMine Connect 2017.1 can be installed.

       

      Important

      If you are upgrading from a version older than GoldMine 2014.2, you will need a new license.  If you do not have a GoldMine 2014.2 or newer license, please contact our Customer Care Team ([email protected]) before installing or attempting an upgrade.  Requests for upgrade licenses will be processed within one business day.
