Search for "Add the GoldMine Address Book to Outlook" in GoldMine's Help file and it will give you the necessary procedures for each version of Outlook.
Please know that there is a known issue related to the GM Address Book NOT WORKING as expected with Outlook when using the NEW GM add-in for Outlook. I'm not sure what causes this condition to happen, nor if it happens to everyone or only some people. However, it's happening to me and the RM # is 159479.
I would definitely encourage everyone experiencing this undesired behavior to contact GoldMine tech support and ask to be added to the RM #. We reported this problem on May 17th and have seen 2 Hotfix releases of GoldMine 2017.1 come out since, but neither happened to address this issue.
