Does your external contact have an OrgUnit (I expect not). Service Requests in the first instance are secured by OrgUnit and External Contacts don't have one by default.
I thought about that but I don't see where can I associate my external contact to an OrgUnit, is there a way to do that?

There are several options form setting initialisation rules to pre populate the Org unit, set on the field manually or import users from a spreadsheet or AD/LDAP another souce and specify the OU as part of the import.
In the first instance I would just add the OrgUnit field to the External Contact form and then you can set it manually for each contact.

- Got to FRS_CompositeContract_Contact BO
- Unhide the OrgUnitLink field (by default it is a system hidden field)
- Open External Contact BO and add the Orgunit link field to your form.
As usual test in staging first.
