    Self service user not seeing service offerings

      I gave a login id and assign the self service user role to an external contact but when I login as that user and hit the new service request it shows nothing under service catalog. But when I assign the self service role to an employee of mine, and do the same process, login in and hit the new service request, I can see all the request offering that I have.

      Any ideas what can I do to display the request offerings to an external contact logged as a self service user?? or why is not displaying my service offerings to an external contact logged as a self service user?
