    How to Add Team Manager on Service Request Escalation Notifications

      I have been quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to add the team manager as a recipient on my escalation notifications but can't seem to figure it out.  I know it is possible to do this for incident escalation notifications by using $(TeamManagerEmail)... but this is not an option as that field doesn't exist under the SR business object.  What is the easiest way to do this... I'm sure it is right under my nose. Is this something where I would have to create a new field and update it based on an existing relationship within the SR business object?  Any details you can provide would be wonderful.
