    Net Promoter Score

      Does anyone know if there is a way to do a Net Promoter survey for results?

      I want to see if we can find a baseline for our Customer Satisfaction Score.


      If not, is there a way to send out a mass survey to our community to see their view on the Service Desk?

          I don't think there's anything that would facilitate this sort of mass survey outright.  The survey module in ISM is built to have a survey sent and returned based on an object record such as Incident 123456.  If you need an en mass survey sent out you'd need to create object records for each survey to be sent from and it's results linked to.


          You might be able to set up a custom object that would have one object record for each survey recipient and tie in the surveys that way.  I'm not sure on all the steps involved but you could look at what exists OOTB and the help files and try to put it together.
