Is it possible to deactivate the cart in self service mobile.
When you choose an item from the service catalog you click on the button submit and many users think it is done. But to submit you have to look at what is in your cart and then “Submit cart”.
To make it easier for the users I would like to skip the cart. We don’t have any service requests which need a payment.
1. Log into Self Service Mobile Role
2. within that role now log in as an Administrator
3. Make sure everything in Red has been selected and disable the Shopping cart:
I was looking in the configuration page and not on the mobile page itself.
