Hi, in my analyst dashboard I have setup a list of All Incident Assign to me... and all works ok in it. When I select a single record, from within dashboard's panel list, I get the detail view of it... but, if I select "List View" button, I get the Incident list view BUT only with the previous select record (Incident). Also, if I go back to my dashboard and reselect the incident records many times, then I can click on "List View" button (from inside Incident detail) to obtain all my assigned incident (as configured to my dashboard list panel). This may be a bug? Or some other filter problem? Thank you in advanced. Fabrizio
This does not sound like normal behavior. If you suspect a bug please log a support ticket with the steps to reproduce the situation and support should be able to figure out the situation or get it logged to development if appropriate.
