I setup a request offering (RO) with approvals. A user approved the Approval Vote Tracking but it was after the RO workflow timed out. I am looking for an explanation of why the Approval item is still pending. Is this because the workflow timed out and it needs to be active to update the Approval item?
Also - approvers can reply to the email notifying them they need to approve the vote item to either "Approved" or "Deny". Looking for an explanation of how this works. Does the email listener pick up the email and approve or deny the vote? what other mechanism is involved such as business rules?
