DSM, can I create a dynamic group based on OU membership?

I would like to create a dynamic group, and populate it based on computers that are in specific OU's in DSM.  Is this possible?

Yes, you can use the parent container id of the object property group in a ldap filter

but I'm not sure if you could do this in the ldap editor before DSM 2018.1 - but in this case you can edit a search filter and then create a group from this filter

the ldap filter has to look like this

          (Object.ParentContId=123456)

where 123456 is the id of the OU

but that the dynamic group must be in a container above the OU you want to filter for, as only computers below the container the dynamic group is in can be members of the dynamic group
