We need an advice.
We installed LANDesk Ver 8.6.1 on our server and we patched to SP4. but the server is intermittently hang or got a problem with the network connection.
OS : Windows 2003 Standard Edition, with SP2. Installed Hotfix : KB958644..
The detail message in Application Event :
Error: Intel Scheduler : Unable to connect to the database, check to make sure the database is running.
1. Is this a known problem ?
2. Is there any fix for this ?
