I would like to create a Quick Action on an Incident which can run a composite action of
Run a search (from a different workspace) which is based on the Customer Location (can be from a workflow)
Export the results
Send email to Customer with the results of the search either in the email or as an attachment.
Any suggestions how I could implement this please? I don't mind if it is done different steps e.g. A Quick Action that runs the search and saves the export on the Desktop > Then a separate Quick Action where the Analyst manually adds the exported file to the email for the user
Are the records you are exporting related to the employee records at all? If so you can run a quick action and just pull the data you want to a table using the ForEachChild function and email straight out to the user.
