    ServiceDesk users using the Auto Survey with Meditech as the the email engine.


      Having issues with the Auto Survey process in ServiceDesk rendering a useful link in Meditech.   We are a healthcare organization that 2/3 of the user environment only use Meditech for email communication.   The process works fine for our Outlook users ( 1/3) but the link renders itself useless in Meditech.  Meditech refers to " illegal characters"  in the link so even copying it into a browser does not work.
