At present, the condtion definition in process designer only allows you to define a single test for each condition. So the most direct answer to your question is no! There are some process design techniques that can test for a multiple set of conditions but this does require some good knowledge process design rules and functionality. Having said all of that, the 7.3 release that is scheduled for the summer, includes a calculation tool that can be used to define criteria for a condition. I have not tested this yet, but in principle this is how we will be able to create a multi-criteria condition.
