Hi I'm new to the LANDesk community and have a few questions for you all.........
I added a device to the Windows Server 2003 domain a few days ago and it hasn't shown up in LDMS Ver 220.127.116.11. This is typical for most devices I add. The inventory scan service is set and the agent is installed on the client. What could be wrong and is there a way to speed up the inventory update?
Also, when a client moves to a new location with a new subnet LANDesk doesn't update the change. Sometimes, when it does update, the DNS is correct but it points to the wrong IP address.
