How are the clients connecting to the core? LAN or CSA?
Depending on the answer to this you can start troubleshooting, can you ping/reach the core/csa from the client?
clients connect via LAN and yes i can ping the core from the client.
Did you check, if the inventory scan finished on the Clients? Normally the hidden file "c:\program files (x86)\landesk\ldclient\data\invdelta.dat" should exist and checked.
Important is the size of the file. It seems the default setting of scan files is a bit to small on cores... for the whole new stuff, which is scanned :-)
We've increased the size to 60MB in the meantime (Default 10MB!).
Check in LDSCAN Directory on core, if the Scans are stored in the big scan files folder...
One problem of the new scanner (and the Agent config, since V2016?) is, that the new inventory scanner makes a full scan about all existing drives. A limitation by scanned drives is possible, AFTER the first initial scan is done and the Client got the config from core (this WAS different in the past and made/make a lot of trouble (much fun during migration...).
