      Hello, looking for some help,

We currently have report build and sent to our shared folder in a PDF form. however, the incident # on the PDF report is not clickable. is there a way to make this clickable and bring us directly into that incident?  Thank you.

Select the Textbox (or Placeholder) properties of your incident number, go to the "Action" part und enable there "Go to URL".

The I use the following SSRS expression for the "Select URL:" field

          =IIF(Globals!RenderFormat.IsInteractive, "javascript:void(window.open('" + Parameters!Tenant.Value + "/Login.aspx?Scope=ObjectWorkspace&CommandId=LoadRecord&ObjectType=Incident%2523&CommandData=RecId%252c" + Fields!RecId.Value + "', '_blank'))", Parameters!Tenant.Value + "/Login.aspx?Scope=ObjectWorkspace&CommandId=LoadRecord&ObjectType=Incident%23&CommandData=RecId%2c" + Fields!RecId.Value)

This formula requires that the RecId of the incident is included in the associated data set as well as the existence of a parameter called "Tenant" that holds the URL "prefix". This parameter is usually defined as hidden in the Ivanti/HEAT report definition and set to "$(SecureServerURL())" (or just "£ServerURL())"). This way the same report can be used unchanged in different staging environments.

          Hope this helps,
