Can you delete a category in ServiceDesk console or is there a way to overwrite a data import if you imported the wrong speadsheet?
I assume one way is to go through Administration -> Administration -> Category and delete one by one. But is there a way to Data Import and overwrite?
Pitmac1 I must admit that when this sort of thing happens on my watch I tend to clear out in SQL by clearing down the table, avoiding those that are already in use.
