    How do I change the button label in Self Service Mobile?

      I'm using the new 2017.3 version.  I noticed that after completing a Service Request in Self Service Mobile, clicking on submit actually adds it to the shopping cart.

       

       

      How do I change this so that it says, "add to shopping cart" rather than submit and giving the end users an impression that it's fully submitted?

          Turning off the cart functionality would be the best option.  This can be done in the Mobile self service setup.

           

          • Login to Mobile Self Service and switch to the admin role

           

              

           

           

          • Select the configuration spanner at the bottom of the page (top if not 2017.x)

           

              

           

          • Select settings from the menu then Service Request
          • Untick the Shopping cart box.

           

           

          • Click Save (top right) then confirm the change wait for an alert top middle that will confirm it has saved.
