We would not recommend doing this as it would unnecessary duplicate the data (in this case attachments) in database. This might convert into performance issues in the end.

We found a way to do what we wanted with out duplicated attachments. We just added a tab to the task that shows the attachments of the service request:
We did this by added it to the task layout:
We created a form on the Service Request that only shows Service Requests so the tab only shows what we wanted.
To make it cleaner we added a rule that doesn't show the tab if the parent category isn't ServiceReq.
