    Landesk Agent installed, but not reporting to the LDMC

      Hello,

       

      I have a machine that has the agent installed but when you look up the machine in the Management Console, all you get is the Device name and IP address with the little red Circle slash over the icon.  I am able to remote control the machine via a web browser but not the console.

       

      I've uninstalled and reinstalled the agent with no change in be behavior.  Any suggestions on what I can try to get this machine talking to the server?
