    Setting Self Service Flag based on the Process?

      Hey ServiceDesk pals,

       

      I'm trying to set my Self Service Flag (checkbox as true) when you reach a certain part in the process. My question is in order to make the checkbox true, do you have to make the checkbox visible on your window? I would like to hide the status groupbox in my incident window, so I would like to set this checkbox true if the checkbox doesn't have to be visible.
