    Filter Incident Owner

      I'm relatively new to ITSM (HEAT).  Looking at Incidents.  When I create an Incident as Self Service User, the Incident is logged but not assigned to anyone (no Owner).  When my Service Desk Analyst logs in, they see the unlogged Incident.  If they want to assign the Incident to someone, they click the Owner field.  Currently, the dropdown shows all Employees, which is a long list.  I want to only show Analysts.  Where do I set up a filter to only show Service Desk Analysts?
