    ISM - EPM Integration

    SLaux Rookie

      Hello everyone,

I would like to configure the ISM - EPM Integration but the documentation leaves me with some questions.

I have downloaded and imported the package from the ivanti marketplace:

      https://marketplace.ivanticloud.com/packages/ISMEPMIntegration/

I try to do the configuration like the ISM-EPM Integration Guide says, but I don´t know where I can find the point 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 and also 5.1.

Is there anyone who can help me or knows where to find the missing information?

Thank you all for the support.

      Kind regards

          Good Afternoon SLaux,

Were you able to find out any additional information on 4.4 or 4.5?

          From what I can tell,

          4.1 is HTTPS://{CoreServerName}

4.2 is the Domain Username of an account with IEM rights

4.3 is the password for that domain account.

This is based upon the data found in the integration script that was created with the metadata package import.

            Hi,

I just opened a support case for this, as I'm not able to get the integration to work.

But I guess you can find Client ID and Secret Key within the tps.config file on the EPM Server in the following folder: C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk\My.BridgeIT

This config file contains two configuration key, that might be the correct ones:

            <add key="IdentityServerClientId" value="<<REMOVED>>" />

            <add key="IdentityServerSecret" value="<<REMOVED>>" />

Maybe you have more luck, even with thos information the Integration does not work.

            Regards

            Fabian

              Good Morning Everyone,

I was able to find the resolution with the help of support.

On the EPM server you need to modify the "C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk\My.IdentityServer\IdentityServer3.core.models.client.json" file to use Flow 4 instead of flow 3

Once you make this change, save the file then restart IIS.

Inside of the file is the username and password you should use. See screenshot below (and also keep in mind to back-up the file before trying.)
