We had upgraded service desk from 7.7 to 2017.3 in the test environment, it passed all the test after the test upgrade. A few weeks later, when we tried to log a incident ticket in iVanti 2017.03 on the test server, we are getting " Invalid Object name LDSD.dbo.im_incident_task" .
As far as I know we have not made any change in the database, we have not delete or remove any object or modified any attribute.
Please can anyone shed some lights on this error? What we can try to rectify this error?
