Xtraction is a reporting tool that works against data in databases. Is your Office 365 and AD License information stored in a database somewhere or available in a format that could be imported into a database?
As for the Xtraction license that you have but are not yet using, is it a license that you purchased or is it the free license you receive because you own another Ivanti product? If the latter, what other Ivanti product(s) do you use?
We typically get the reports from 365 using power shell and then exporting to a CSV file. So yes it could be the exported via powershell to csv, then imported into a database of sorts. I was more curious if there was a connector or an easier way to go about this.
Well, I'm assuming the structure of the data is pretty simple, so it should take just a matter of minutes to map it into Xtraction once you have it in a database table.
However, in order to do a customer mapping like that in Xtraction, you either need the Enterprise license or engage Services to do it for you. That is why I asked my 2nd question about did you buy Xtraction or get it for free because you own a different Ivanti product.
