    computer not connected to corporate network, software gets removed

      I currently have a ticket open for the following problem, once a computer is taken remotely and the agent updates after the 24 hour period all installed software from DSM gets removed.  Once it connects back to the corporate network, the software is re-installed.  any ideas where to start troubleshooting this?
