    Task's Service Field

      I'm running ISM 2017.3.  When I create a task from an Incident, the service field in the task is pre-filled with the service from the incident.  When I create a task from a Change, Project, etc. the service field is blank (those objects don't generally have a service).  The layouts of all these objects use the Task.Assignment object and the Task.Assignment.New form.  I've scoured the Task.Assignment business object rule(s) and can't find any rule that autofills this service field.  What am I missing?
