    How do I check LanDesk user performance?

      I would like to check LanDesk-Service Desk user performance.  Sometimes I get emails from users mentioning Service desk is slow.  I am not sure how do I check that on Web Servers?


      Any help is appreciated.

          Look first on your database. Very often bottlenecks are observed on SQL server in our configuration. Furthermore it is easy to add frontend http servers, but your SQL database is unique. We use only SSD disks for our database.

          To investigate on your database you have reports from SQL server Management studio Right click on database / reports

          In our production configuration we use Spotlight from software.dell.com
