URL in Dashboard - workaround for frames error?

Regarding this post: Supporting a URL in a Dashboard

Does anyone have a work around for some sites that don't support being run in a frame?

This content cannot be displayed in a frame

To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame.

          Hi ACopeland,

That method does use a frame, there's no other way to build it that I'm aware of.  It was a popular idea that our team put in to the product about a year before cross site scripting attacks became a popular hack.  Ever since then many sites have locked down their pages to not allow framing to prevent cross site vulnerabilities.  If you have control of the remote site (say it's an internal web page in your business) you might be able to loosen this protection, but if the remote site is third party there's not much anyone can do.

I hope this helps you understand what you are seeing there at the very least.
