MSI removal package and batch file method errors

    Rookie

I am trying to remove a piece of software called Funk Software Proxy Host from all computers here at our company.  I have written an uninstall batch file that works when I run it outside of landesk:

net use n: "\\wtllandesk\Packages3\Proxy Host Removal" passhere /USER:userhere

      msiexec /qn /x "n:\host.msi" /norestart
      net use n: /delete

I have created a new MSI package with the uninstall radio button selected and /norestart in the command line options, and it works by uninstalling Proxy but it reboots the computer.  Other MSI packages that I have created inside of landesk work with the same permissions.  I.E. Office 2003, citrix, etc...   The proxy removal files underneath the same folder structure as office and citrix so I do not think it has anything to do with permissions since the package works (except for rebooting which I do not want)

I have tried a batch file method using the above command and the batch file always fails with a PUSH method.  It does not even uninstall proxy.  I would prefer to use an MSI package type with the uninstall radio button selected but I need to have the computer not reboot when the uninstall is complete.

Here is the text of the failure log
