I have a few users that intermittently receive an error when they try to add and attachment to an incident.
The issue is on Service Management 2016.2
We have tried different browsers and still the users are sometimes unable to attach attachments.
Intermittently the user is able to add an attachment after receiving the error and it saves successfully. This is not always the case, though.
Errors the users receive:
1.Business Object could not be saved due to the following error(s)
Error when evaluating
Argument cannot be null in argument 1 of a call to FloarToStr2
