I've created a field using a case statement as the field by default is resulting in numbers like 1 for critical, 2 for high and so on.
Below is the case statement which is placed in the expression section while adding the field. Since I'm trying to connect to ServiceNow, I'm manually adding the field.
incident.priority WHEN 1 THEN 'Critical' WHEN 2 THEN 'High' WHEN 3 THEN 'Moderate' WHEN 4 THEN 'Low'
WHEN 5 THEN 'Planning'
Everything is fine until here. And I'm also able to see the priority field showing string values in the list component. But when i try to use the group by component, the output is as follows:
Instead of dividing the field values into groups its showing everything as a single unit. Can anyone help how to sort out this issue.GreggSmith
