We have had some mail issues for quite some time, but are slowly making progress on them. The current lingering issue lies in the outbound mail. Periods go by with no outbound activity (while reminders ARE being set to be sent in Service Desk), but then batches of emails will all send at the same time. Sometimes this period is only a few minutes, but other times there are delays of 45+ minutes before any emails are sent. I'm unable to identify any patterns, and there is nothing in Mail settings or sTunnel configs that I've been able to find that would be indicative of a cause. Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you!
