      in my consol security and patch manager tool windows is empety


      and download update windows is empety




      after is landesk update to sp6 thise erorr ocarse

          It seems as if either some XML files have broken during the upgrade, or you're having problems with the database.


          Either way, it'd be a good start if you'd open a ticket with LANDesk support for this. I would suggest having the following available as well:


          - A full backup of your 8.7 SP6 database (so we can see if it's a DB problem).

          - A copy of the CONSOLE.EXE.LOG from the 32-bit console where you see this (this log is in "C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\").

          - What version did you upgrade FROM to 8.7 SP6 ?
